PRE-ORDERS
Please allow us 1-2 weeks to make your order, if by 2 weeks we were unable to supply your order we will offer a refund. Public holidays in Indonesia may affect orders as our tailors are Javanese and we wish to respect their culture and give them necessary religious breaks.
CARE
• Always wash after use, especially salt water use •

Extra adhesive when taking off the hygienic liner?
If the hygienic liner leaves extra adhesive after removing, there's no need to worry. Occasionally, this can occur due to warmth and humidity.
For removing remaining adhesive, we suggest saturating a clean cloth with rubbing alcohol then softly rub the affected spot. The alcohol will aid in dissolving the adhesive without causing harm to the fabric.
SHIPPING POLICY
We ship internationally from our base in Bali, Indonesia every Friday.
Shipping times will vary for each country, but we find it usually ranges between 3-7 business days. We'll send a tracking number for your order once it is shipped, so you can monitor the live updates.
We charge flat rate shipping of $15 + $1 for each additional item.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
We accept exchange/return only for faulty goods, within 7 days after receiving. SAVH SWIM must be notified by email of the reason for exchange/return, and it is at our discretion to approve or reject the exchange/return.
Items must be unworn and in original condition as received.
We do not accept exchanges/returns for reasons such as change of mind including colour or size change. Please check and choose carefully.

Once we receive the return the payment will be refunded in full excluding the shipping cost.
Please allow 3-5 days for funds to be returned to the account.
